If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. (John 8:36).

Clean & Sober Church's primary authority is Matthew 28: 18-20 (Otherwise known as "The Great Commission") It is our final authority in all matters of our ministry. Clean and Sober Church is a non-denominational, Full Gospel, Christ-Centered "Free Church" based in Batesville, MS. “All authority hath been given unto me in heaven and on earth. Go ye therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world” (Mt. 28:18-20 ASV). Unfortunately, the Word of God is not "authoritative" enough for many individuals in the secular world in which we live. Many opportunities for sincere Christian ministry are lost, due to a lack of "official" ordination and/or credential documentation. Jesus did not require years of man-made study before he "ordained" His disciples. He simply asked them to follow His lead, and promised to be with them as they worked for His Glory. This is our only requirement, as well. We want to credential you, so that you are free to minister the Gospel of Christ, counsel wounded souls, reach out to the needy and do whatever else it is that God may call you to do. We do this in the face of humanistic "requirements" set forth by men (well-meaning as they may be) that are now being used as a tool by satan to keep good & faithful workers from being about Our Father's business. Clean and Sober Church Prayerfully Strives:

1. To promote the opportunity for individuals to gain knowledge in the Word of God.

2. To help individuals effectively apply the Word of God in their lives, in their recovery and to the community at large by teaching them practical means of doing so.

3. To maintain a close liaison with other ministries to determine a need for the development of new outreach programs.

5. To establish Recovery Churches as directed by God through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

6. To help individuals obtain credentials and ordination to minister worldwide for Christ, and to properly prepare them for ministry.

Non-discriminatory Policy

Clean and Sober Church admits individuals of any race, color, age, sex, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded, or made available to, anyone wishing to become involved in our various ministry programs. It does not discriminate against any of the groups afore-mentioned in its administration of ordination, life experience review or any other church functions.
